This company has left me disappointed. I feel compelled to rate them a single star, and truth be told, if I had the option, I wouldn't even grant them that. My dissatisfaction stems from a $160 investment in a synthetic wig, a purchase that I quickly regretted mere hours after making. Attempting to rectify my impulsive decision, I sought to cancel the order, only to discover that they insisted on retaining half of my hard-earned money. In an effort to return the product, I shipped it back to its place of origin in China, where it was manufactured. However, the perplexing journey didn't end there. The wig, despite originating in China, was shipped from New York. This discrepancy resulted in a convoluted back-and-forth with the customer service team in New York, all facilitated through PAYPAL. Despite complying with their convoluted return process and ensuring that they received the item, my refund remains elusive. Order #TA170609C3040 stands as a stark reminder of the frustrating experience I've had with this company.

Absolutely steer clear of this company! I cannot stress this strongly enough. The wig I shelled out a significant amount of money for is an absolute disaster—poorly crafted and shockingly terrible. Words can't capture the disappointment, and I genuinely wish I could share visuals to illustrate just how awful this piece is. And if, like me, you're contemplating a return (which is inevitable), brace yourself for the kicker—they expect you to foot the bill for shipping it back to CHINA. Not only did I end up with a subpar wig, but they also expect me to shell out an additional $30 just to send it back to them. It's a complete and utter letdown.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Wigsis. It's disheartening to see a company taking advantage of vulnerable individuals, especially those dealing with cancer. Unfortunately, the wigs they claim to have on their website are nonexistent, and instead, they send a cheap alternative that doesn't match the order. The customer service is unhelpful, offering a runaround and attempting to extract more money. If you find yourself in a similar situation, my recommendation is to promptly report the issue to your card company.

Avoid this company. They are deceptive. I bought a wig from their site for $168.10, and it looked nothing like the picture. It resembled cheap doll hair. Despite many tries to return it for a refund, I had to find other methods to get my cash back. They promise a full refund but don’t fall for it. I had to contact them 5 times and then spent 4 months dealing with PayPal and my credit card company to finally get my money. Stay away!

This company is absolutely unreliable! Avoid purchasing from them at all costs! They claim your order is shipped when it's not, and they even give you a phony tracking number to trick you. Don't get deceived by their tactics! I regret not researching before buying. I've lodged complaints with BBB and Paypal to address this issue.

Not even a 1. Deceptive company. Claims that returns are possible, but when you message for a return address, they refuse to provide one. Close this rip-off company. Profiting from lies! BBB should close them down! Completely scam company do not purchase from them at all!

Rengeteg emberrel csalnak meg a Wigsis oldalon. Én is próbáltam visszaküldeni egy nagyon csúnya, (a szín és a stílus nem olyan, mint a képen) parókát és a cég nem válaszolt. Vitatkozni fogok a díjak miatt, és remélem, hogy a cc-m visszatéríti.

THESE FOLKS ARE SCAMMERS! Avoid ordering from them. The wig I received looks nothing like the one I ordered and it's too small. When I tried to return it, I kept getting the runaround. Their website may look fancy, but don't be deceived!

Wow!! I wish I had checked reviews before buying. I had the same problem as others. The wig looked NOTHING like the photo, and returning it was a nightmare. PLEASE don’t buy from this site. IT IS A COMPLETE SCAM.

The wig I got looked nothing like the picture. It took way too long to arrive. They said it's 100% hand-tied human hair. It's definitely not human hair. Stay away from this totally fake company!
