I am surprised by the quality of the product, it is strange that I have heard so little about this exchange before. For me, this is one of the most convenient interfaces, many types of orders and there is an opportunity for passive income. But I consider the main advantage to be the speed of response to requests to the support team. The set of functions is generally standard, there is its own blockchain, this is a plus.

The exchange is pretty good, with solid liquidity and all the main coins I need. New listings are nice too. What I love the most is that it's simple to use. As a beginner, I found it way simpler than Binance, where I got confused at first. Here, everything is straightforward, and KYC was easy. The site is also really easy to use for placing orders and keeping track of my portfolio. Portfolio part is especially goods, because I am using their lending plan and getting 18% interest rate. Really easy way for passive income. their support team responds fast – super quick and always helpfu. Overall, I’m happy with the experience, only had one small issue with a giveaway, but support fixed it right away

The site is Super easy to use. I have been buying selling and holding my crypto here for more than 3 years. They have great crypto lending plans - as the crypto is volatile additional income on my crypto really lowers the risks. Right now I am lending out my crypto for 18% ( a year). Now I am less worried that prices might go down, as I will still get 18% from whitebit which will compensate for my portfolio losses. Last year was good thou, prices almost doubled and in addition I received interest rate from the exchange, so I almost tripled my portfolio. Now I sold most of the coins, and I just hold Bitcoin. Hope after US elections new bull run wave will come.

I have at my disposal all the order types that I need to exchange and trade my crypto. Also their customer support is the best you can get in the crypto indstry. They always respond quickly, solve my problems, or provide the needed information. For now I did not had any issues with them!

Tried to sign up, mixed up my first and last names in the KYC process, got rejected. Received an email advising me to correct it, which I did. However, got rejected again, accused of trying to cheat the system and was told my account would be permanently blocked with my money frozen. Luckily, I hadn't deposited any money yet. This seems fishy to me. I've been in the crypto world for a while and never encountered this. Not a good experience.

As a WhiteBIT user for some years, I've seen big changes. The website looks different now, with nicer fonts. What matters to me is how easy it is to trade. I like the stop-limit order feature for exiting positions. It'd be better if there were notifications when the price gets close to my level. Maybe I haven't found how to turn this on. I'd like some help with that.

I like WhiteBIT. Website and app are handy, nice design, fast. Staking's good, up to 30% for USDT. Better than Binance's 6-8%. Low fees, easy to use. But, want Faster Payments and £ GBP for UK. P2P exchange not popular, needs investment. Otherwise, WhiteBIT's great!

I traded Ethereum on Whitebit and I have to say I'm quite impressed with their user interface. It's very responsive, especially when prices are moving fast. Their fees are better compared to other trading sites. I'd suggest Whitebit to new traders.

Use WhiteBIT iOS app for three month. Sometimes there are small bugs, for example, the app takes a long time to enter 2FA, but the trading capabilities and the terminal are fine, convenient.

My thouts on the whiteBIT support team is they are good. They hep quickly and always there. You can ask them anyting anytime. It makes me feel better knowing they are always there to help.

This app is quite good for trading cryptocurrencies. It works well for me, and I even told a friend to use it due to its convience.
