I signed up for the monthly perfume

I signed up for the monthly perfume membership and decided to grab a fragrance sample during the checkout process. The website clearly indicated free shipping at the time of checkout, which was one of the reasons I went ahead with the purchase. After completing my transaction and receiving the initial email receipt, my excitement turned into frustration when, just five minutes later, I received another email notifying me of an additional $6 charge for shipping the small perfume vial sample. This practice seems highly questionable and, in my view, goes against the principles of a transparent transaction. When I checked out, I agreed to the total amount displayed, and it's disheartening to see an extra charge added after the fact. Such a move feels misleading and, dare I say, might even be considered as crossing legal boundaries. I'm seriously contemplating filing a complaint with my bank to address this issue. It's disappointing when a seemingly straightforward purchase turns into a situation that warrants such action.

Complete disappointment. Don't waste your time with this company. Anticipate a frustrating wait of almost two weeks for your fragrance after subscribing. But that's not the worst part – brace yourself for being charged twice before even getting your hands on the next fragrance. Attempting to cancel my subscription only led to false promises. Despite receiving a notification tempting me to rejoin with the allure of an extra fragrance and a fancy carry case, reality proved otherwise. Falling for it, I resubscribed, only to find the fragrance I selected stuck in perpetual "processing" limbo, never to arrive. And to add insult to injury, they had the audacity to attempt billing me again for the monthly subscription. In short, this company is nothing short of a scam. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this deceptive operation.

I'm satisfied with SB. The only thing I would change is if we could return scents you don't like. I loved the first scent I got, the second, not so much. I understand SB doesn't want people to constantly try scents and send them back. However, maybe if subscribers could get a free return once or twice a year, or maybe once for every six (or however many) scents purchased, that would be nice. It wouldn't overwhelm the business, and customers wouldn't be stuck with scents they don't like.

Absolutely loving my experience with Scentbird! This company is a game-changer – their cologne selection is top-notch, and the speed of shipping and service is impeccable. 🚀 The colognes in my queue have been spot-on, and I can't get enough. 💖 However, a cool addition could be a digital feature that informs me about the remaining quantity in the bottle. Just a thought for an already fantastic service!

I enjoy trying different scents with Scentbird. However, I faced a problem lately. One perfume I wanted was out of stock, so my order got stuck for a month. They didn't inform me or fix it. When I contacted them, they sent a different scent, but it was a month late. I didn't get any compensation for the trouble.

The company has a good concept, but the execution is lacking. I like what they offer, it suits my lifestyle well. However, the shipping time for non-subscription items is unreasonable. As someone who has worked in logistics for 20 years, I find it absurd that it takes two weeks to ship one item.

Scent Bird is amazing! Got my 3rd box and each perfume is great. I like that I can get many vials monthly to switch scents always.
