Exceptional service. Achieving a good fit isn't easy for me. Following a fall from my 17'3" horse, resulting in broken ribs on my right side (considering my age), Catherine has devoted extensive effort to ensure I have an air vest that fits perfectly. She patiently addresses all my queries and has been incredibly thorough in assisting me throughout this process. For my safety equipment needs, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. This has been the best customer service experience I've ever had.

I unintentionally ordered more than needed, resulting in a surplus of extra strings. Despite the minor misunderstanding, overall, a positive experience.
