Training is always easy to schedule they were recently so supportive about getting out newly added staff trained as well. So far we purchased a high power diode laser that’s a real game changer. Results are fast and obvious after even one session and treatment is very comfortable because cooling is TEC and very robust. The system also includes Elight skin rejuvenation in the same machine! Ok, so we also have the EMShape Neo and this is perfect for our clients who want to achieve a more sculpted physique without more diet and exercises. I purchased a $2,000 machine from them in March of this year. Recently, the machine has been making a very loud noise and has lost its strength. I submitted videos as requested to prove that there is an issue with the machine. Instead of addressing the problem, they responded with videos instructing me to fix it myself. The machine is less than a year old and still under warranty. It is not my responsibility, as the client, to open the machine and attempt repairs with videos. I paid a significant amount for the machine, expecting proper assistance and not to be sent videos to fix it myself. The machine's performance has significantly deteriorated, and I need it to work. I have purchased machines from other places, and their assistance has been much better.

The actual buyer who wrote and posted the original review on Loox had complained that her Personal EMSzero handle power became weaker and weaker after less than a year using. We were very sorry about this quality issue and after one unsuccessful attempt to fix the machine, we shipped the customer a brand new replacement of a better quality machine, which was EMShape Neo Fit. Almost a year later the client seems happy with the better quality stronger machine, fortunately. We are always striving to improve and should any client experience any quality defects they should please contact our client support 24/7. Our technical manager will assess the problem the same business day by video call and provide a fast solution.

The customer service is terrible; I strongly advise against buying from this company. They are a scam from China. I made a purchase, regretted it, and canceled it the next day, on November 13th. However, they still sent me the machine, which arrived on November 29th. The package had a strange address from China and lacked information about them. Upon opening the package, I discovered the machine. Now they want me to pay for shipping, even though I canceled the order promptly. They refuse to cover shipping costs and suggest keeping the machine, claiming it's of good quality. They fail to understand that I canceled the order long ago because I do not want the machine. This situation violates the consumer rights we have in the US.
