They have a peculiar policy where they charge you $25 for rescheduling if they are running late, which seems unreasonable. The rescheduling policy is strict, so if you can't afford to wait over an hour past your appointment, it's better to look for other options.

They were very helpful and patient with us in finding our new glasses. They always have great promotions to help with the costs.
