I really like the found app. As a young entrepreneur, it's been really helpful. Since I'm new to this business, there are weeks when I'm living paycheck to paycheck. The $2 cash deposit at local stores is cheaper than other money apps out there, except maybe cash app, but they've given me lots of trouble. The people at Found are really good people. It's not just a money app but an educating tool too. It's not just a digital bank. But a tool we can learn from. My only complaint would be the high cost of some premium features. I think you're charging way too much for that. Especially for us just starting out, like I said. But besides that, it's my favorite app.

My experience with Found has been positive, and I appreciate the support they've offered in my weight loss efforts.

I gotta say, this service has been really frustrating. My account was charged, but I haven’t heard a peep from my doctor. The program just doesn’t work for me. And the worst part? You’re expected to keep paying every month even if it's not helping. I tried reaching out to a counselor with the link they gave me, but it kept showing an “error” message. I haven't heard anything from my doctor since he upped my dosage, which feels super unprofessional. I’ve reported all these problems, but nothing’s changed. Honestly, save your money and look for better options out there.

The company needs to improve its customer service. When I told the agent about the app taking a while to load, they didn't really try to understand my issue. Instead, they just suggested I get a new phone and update the app. But I already have a new phone and the app is up to date. It's frustrating that they didn't delve deeper into the problem. The app consistently takes about 30 seconds to open, so it would be great if they could work on fixing this issue.

They essentially lock you into a 6-month commitment and enforce cancellation fees. The so-called "coaches" are individuals who have never experienced being overweight, and the doctors send cookie-cutter responses. They show no concern even if you experience severe side effects. In my opinion, this company is a scam and should not be authorized to prescribe medication.

I appreciate Found; it serves as my go-to for managing my business account. Without a doubt, it offers a superior experience compared to the norm. Found aids in efficiently segregating and preserving taxes, asserting expenses, transferring funds, and more. It unquestionably deserves a solid 5-star rating from me.

I adhered to all their recommendations and still gained weight. When I requested a refund, they claimed I wasn't eligible. Just one month later, I was diagnosed with binge eating disorder. Despite this, they continue to send me persistent messages, urging me to return and rejoin their program.

I've been using Found for a little over a year now and have lost a little over 60 lbs so far with their assistance/guidance. I have struggled with my weight all my life, and they have made it easier to adhere to the program with their coaches and doctors to help you every step of the way.

I signed up with Found roughly a year back. Having a real medical pro to shoot my questions to and getting quick replies really matters. The price is fair compared to other similar services. I've shed 30% of my body weight without going all-in on some extreme dieting approach.

They're pretty good. They answer fast. Text and email help a lot! It's a big deal! I'm so tired of calling docs and pharmacies for med mix-ups and delays. Once, my 30-month supply came 30 months late! They're caring when they reach out.

I feel let down by Found. I handed over $600 but got nothing in return. When I reached out for a refund for the extra $348 charge, they brushed me off, giving me only $80 back and keeping the rest without a second thought.

I'm content with my experience with Found. They've answered my questions promptly and sent my meds quickly. No problems so far, and I'm satisfied.

I have found that this company has really supported me with my weight loss goals. I also like picking up new healthy habits along the way.

The coach was fantastic! He made things easier and was great to talk to when I needed it. I found some useful tools too.
