Covered Insurance

I needed to find a new homeowner's insurance and I received an email from Covered Insurance mentioning my current mortgage servicer as related, so I thought it would be a good idea to contact them. Brianna was a great help; she took the time to listen to my needs and concerns, and she connected me with a carrier and policy that was perfect for me. She was friendly and professional, and I felt truly valued. I'm glad I will be saving some money each month since my taxes went up and my mortgage payment became a bit overwhelming. The only option I had was to look for different insurance. Thanks a lot, Brianna!

I had interactions with two different individuals regarding a quote. I invested around an hour on each occasion sharing my information. However, a span of two weeks transpired without any communication. In an attempt to give the benefit of the doubt, I reached out again, spoke to a second person, and once more encountered silence. If, for whatever reason, I don't meet the criteria, a basic level of decency would entail a callback to convey the information.

Jak was incredibaly helpfl and knowledgable. We spnt some extr time going through the polices and adding some additonal liablity coverge I thoght would be prudnt given past experences. Jak helped me do this with 'sensble' suggstions that would not brake the bank.
