The skates fit great and seem comfy (though the break feels a little too short or like it is too high up, we'll see how that goes when I use them). However, they took over 2 weeks to ship (unlike what it is stated in their FAQ section). They took some time to answer my emails (in fact what got a response what the 'contact us' form on their website). I was informed that I purchased a pre-sale item in response after repeated inquiries, thus the delay, but that was not informed to me in the description of the item at the time of making the purchase nor on the confirmation emails. Despite late, they arrived in good condition (the box was pretty banged up though) and in the color and sizing I had ordered them.

I ordered some foxy skate roller skates and a pair of replacement wheels. Shipping supposed to be within a week, but it wasn't. After 2 weeks, I found out my skates were on preorder and would be shipped in 2 more weeks. I got my package after almost 2 months with regular updates. The skates are good quality, but they took longer than expected. My replacement wheels were the wrong color, but their customer service offered a partial refund, which was nice. I might order again, but not expecting fast delivery. They tried to keep me updated and happy. Finally, I can enjoy my skates.

I hope the issue with the missing strap can be promptly addressed for a complete and satisfying experience with the product.

Happy with Foxy Skates, they got my skates to me quickly. Although I was missing some laces, they sent them fast along with the bag that was out of stock. They let me know as soon as it was available, which was great because they had a deal on it. The customer service was good; they handled my order without any issues or waits. Thanks!

I don't understand how folks who left good reviews managed to reach customer service. I've emailed many times, sent DMs on social media, and filled out the form online. But nothing. No reply. My order was messed up. They sent a broken item. No chance to fix it. This is the worst service I've ever seen. I won't buy from Foxy again.

This turned out to be a overall good experience. After a week I contacted them because my order only showed that a label was made and no other updates. They got back to me within an hour and said that it usually means the order has been lost by FedEx. They promptly sent out a whole new order and I received it within a few days.

Disappointed with the company's service. My package is yet to arrive, and attempts to contact them have been futile. The provided tracking number is ineffective. Grateful for Shop Pay installments, but withholding the last three payments due to the unresolved issues.

I've reached out to this company quite a few times. I paid for the skates two months back, but they still haven't sent them out. All they did was make a shipping label. They never reply to emails.
