Initially, I bought a painting to hang over my living room couch and was so pleased with it that I ended up purchasing three more. All four paintings are of top quality, and the framing is exceptional. Customer care was instantly responsive, addressing all my questions to my satisfaction. My hubby & I r happy w/ our paintin' n' da amazin' customer service frum Art by Maudsch. Talkin' wuz great. I asked fer lotsa changes in da paintin'. When I wuzn't satisfied, I asked fer a new paintin' to be made. Without hesitashun, Art by Maudsch did every change we wanted. Da finishd artwork (60" x 110") arrived framed. Da frame is well-made. Hangin' brackets were included. Da paintin' is amazin'!

We had doubts initially, concerned the quality might be poor, but those worries were unwarranted. We received some pictures and a video while it was being made, and when it showed up, it was even better than we expected. There were customs fees we weren't aware of (they are listed in the delivery info on the site if you check). We are very happy with it!!

Great picture selection and solid communication, but watch out for the hidden import tax that’s not clearly mentioned during the buying process. It did leave a minor negative impression after an otherwise great service. Still, I had a good experience with the sales team, and we resolved the issue successfully, for which I’m very thankful.

We had never bought something this costly from a new company before. We got a 5' x 7' painting. Although we haven’t hung it yet, the whole process was smooth and nice. They answered all our questions and painting changes super fast. We requested some color changes and they were very quick to adapt. Working with them was a real joy!

We had a great experience and we like the final product. I like how fast the team answered when I had a question (usually within 2 hours). We got pictures and videos and asked for changes which were done well and we got more pictures and videos before approving the final product. We are very glad.

My spouse and I hunted for a standout painting for our plain walls. We hardly settle on art, yet we both adored the El Concierto! When it arrived, it stunned us, far more gorgeous than online. Shipping took ages, about a month and a half, from Czechoslovakia. Generally, we're happy with our buy.

So, my opinion about the company is that they don't communicate well. They only give email, no phone. Shipping is 'free', but DHL customs fee isn't. They said 2-3 weeks for production, but it took longer for updates. Doesn't seem quick as advertised. Kind of a hassle.

The painting looks nice as we hoped, nice communication, wrapped well and delivered. Only issue was the import tax cost, not clear in dispatching details it's our cost. It says delivery costs covered. So it's an extra cost at 20% from delivery company.

The painting is absolutely stunning. The communication about the artwork was excellent, and it arrived beautifully packaged and well-protected. I'm in love with it, and I definitely plan to purchase more art from this site in the future.

The painting looks really nice. We asked for changes 8 times and they did them all perfectly. They worked quickly and replied to emails fast. Talking to them was easy. We love the painting in our living room. It came safely packaged too.

This company was VERY simple to collaborate with. If the first draft isn't quite what you expected, don't get discouraged. Just be clear about what you're not fond of or what's different from the painting you picked, and they'll fix it.

The company sent me photos of my artwork before sending it out so I could check it. The painting is really good and came without any damage. It looks even nicer in person than in the photos! I suggest them.
