It turns out there's no way to delete or edit a meal once it's entered. I like the app and its features, but there's definitely room for improvement. Adding barcode scanning would save time compared to manually entering nutrient details. This feature should be added to automatically update micro/micronutrient information.

Ich denke es handelt sich hier um eine Verbrecherbande. Ein Stern ist definitiv zu viel. Es wird ein Monatsabo zu einem Preis von knapp 16€ angeboten und wenn man sich darauf einlässt läuft in der App kein einziges Trainungsvideo. Vom Kundenservice bekommt man freundlich und prombt zu jeder Uhrzeit antwort mit Hilfestellung. App löschen, neu Installieren, Gerät wechseln.... wenn man dieses Spiel lange genug betreibt wird sogar ein Zugang auf "Lebenszeit", den man aber ja nicht nutzen kann weil die Übungsvideos gar nicht laufen. Ich vermute es handelt sich um eine KI die einem antwortet. Die Bitte um Rückerstattung des Betrages wirde ignoriert. So kann man auf alle Fälle Geld machen. Ich warne jeden und rate davon ab.

Absolut überteuerte Abofalle! Das Abo ist so gut wie unsichtbar versteckt und plötzlich steckt man in einer teuren Verlängerung. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist miserabel – dafür lohnt es sich wirklich kein bisschen. Kostenlose Inhalte, etwa auf YouTube, sind deutlich hilfreicher und um Welten besser als dieses völlig überteuerte Abo.

I haven't tried many diet & workout plans online, but this one is definitely the easiest to use I have found. The recipe ideas are nice, use simple ingredients & are easy to change if you want something different. Being able to plan ahead & make a shopping list is really useful & not in a lot of other plans. I've liked the suggested somatic yoga & workout videos a lot. Lots of options & you follow along the entire time, way more helpful than just a list saying do 20 reps of these 8 things then do 3 sets (not going to happen!). The Reverse Health videos are calm, well timed, and I do truly feel less tense & less stressed than I have in a long time. This isn't a quick weight loss plan & they don’t claim it is - but I find it a very helpful plan to guide you through some good lifestyle changes that are doable. They focus well on the 'one change at a time' idea & starting with changing just one meal first if that's easier. Also being realistic on days when you 'slip up' and just getting back on track again. There's a streak tracker which doesn't really motivate me, but I know it can work for others. It tracks simple things like drinking enough, mood, & daily movement, not just app stuff, so it can help keep some good habits even if you feel like you’re having a 'bad' day. I am starting to lose some weight with it. Only a little above 'normal' BMI, but 5kg has been stuck since perimenopause began, and this plan seems to be giving the calming (not stressful) exercise to help me get there, with tasty & realistic meal ideas.

Ik besloot me aan te melden. Hoewel het Pilates-gedeelte niet het beste is, ben ik echt onder de indruk van het RH gewichtsverliesprogramma. Ik werd gevraagd om vragen te beantwoorden over mezelf en mijn doelen. Wat ik kreeg waren HEERLIJKE dagelijkse maaltijdplannen met reguliere voeding die ik lekker vind! De recepten zijn simpel en snel. Het eten smaakt heerlijk en is kleurrijk. Ik heb zelfs vis twee keer per week in onze diners geïntroduceerd, wat ik nooit eerder durfde te maken. Mijn man wil 20 lbs afvallen en ik wil 12 lbs verliezen. Samen met dagelijks wandelen van 40-60 minuten en krachttraining 3 dagen per week, zijn we beiden 4 lbs verloren in 4 weken. We hebben zelfs buiten de deur gegeten en de maaltijdplan ideeën gebruikt om te kiezen wat we op het menu wilden. Ik maak ook gebruik van het makkelijk verwisselen van maaltijden met andere opties. Heel blij dat ik RH heb gevonden. Het gaat echt meer om leren gezond te eten en portiegrootte dan om een dieet!!!

After a couple of weeks, I started to notice some improvement in strength and flexibility, so I decided to continue with the program. Later, I became confused about what I had actually signed up for. Bella stepped in and quickly helped me understand everything, making things much clearer. Just a week later, I hurt both knees in a simple accident at home, unrelated to the program. I couldn’t walk for 18 hours. When I asked about exercises, my doctor suggested gentle movements and lots of ice to heal. Bella replied fast, agreeing with my doctor’s advice and offering me a nice extension. She’s always so helpful. Bella’s a real asset to the team.

Ook de maaltijden die worden voorgesteld afhankelijk van het moment van de dag en de functionaliteit om je waterinname te volgen zijn erg behulpzaam. Ik ben erg blij met deze applicatie die me elke dag helpt.

RH has, over the course of 75 years, shown me how to treat my body right so it can function better (even at my age - it's amazing how you can still improve your health). I had to rethink all my outdated beliefs (coming from an Italian family). After following their advice, I really felt the benefits. I recently tested this when I returned to my previous habits, and my body quickly reminded me of the consequences. I’m not sure if I’ll need to stick to the Program forever or just remember the meals and ideas (I would miss the exercises).

Ik realiseerde me niet dat het een abonnement was, maar ik ben nog steeds bereid het te blijven gebruiken omdat ik het leuk vind en ik al resultaat voel. Ik zou graag enkele aanpassingen willen zien voor voedselallergieën. Ik heb een avocado-allergie en veel recepten bevatten avocado. Ik zou dit programma zeker aanraden. De verschillende trainingsprogramma's zijn ook geweldig. Er is er één voor nek- en schouderpijn die helpt om een deel van de pijn te verlichten.

I like the meal plan, workouts, recipes, and supplements. I am working on logging my meals, water, and using the app more regularly. So far, I have dropped 5 lbs. I don’t really focus on the number, but more on how I feel, and I can tell a change in how my clothes fit. Het is opgedeeld in 3 sets x 5 oefeningen, wat het leuk en een uitdaging houdt. Ik vind de rustgevende aard van de workouts erg fijn. Ik ben geen actieve sporter, maar na slechts 20 dagen heb ik al vorm gekregen :)

Door een andere korte ziekte was ik blij toen RH contact met mij opnam waarom mijn eerste abonnement nog niet was gestart. Kendall bood mij een nieuwe startdatum aan en een verlenging om mij de tijd te geven om de cursus te beginnen met mijn huidige beperkingen.
