A méret- és terhelhetőségi infók alapján választottam. A nagy csomagot időpontra hozták, előtte egyeztettek. A lapát kompatibilitásáról kérdeztem, az ügyfélszolgálat fotóval válaszolt. Minden a leírtak szerint érkezett.

I bought a wetsuit from this site, but the size didn’t fit, so I chose to return it without asking for another size because the correct one wasn’t in stock. First, I had to pay 25 euros for shipping to send it back. When they got the wetsuit, they didn’t give me a refund, only a credit note in my account that expires soon and can only be used on their website. This is clearly wrong. I’m already talking to a lawyer, and I will do my best to stop this unfair practice and protect others from being scammed.

Everything from placing the order, customer support, and quick replies when I asked questions (thanks Francois!), the quality of the items, fast delivery, good value, and the customer website with login has been excellent! It’s one of the smoothest shopping experiences I’ve had in a while. That’s why I bought a dinghy, then an electric motor, and now I’ve got all my accessories (fenders etc). As a UK customer, I can’t praise these guys enough! Thanks alot.

Searching for freediving fins, I found a good offer

Searching for freediving fins, I found a good offer on a barely used pair of Cressi Gara Modular Turbo Boost Fins at Nootica. They showed up at my door in just a few days, looking brand new. Size 44-45 fits my size 45 feet with 5 mm neoprene socks very well. However, I suggest using fin retainers with such strong fins. Really enjoyed using these fins in a local lake.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I just got a pair of carbon fiber fins and the whole experience was really smooth. No issues at all, they arrived quickly and were packed really well. They were shipped to the UK with no extra import fees, which is always a plus. I’ll definitely buy from here again. Five stars for sure!

I bought a Haswing remote from this seller. I couldn’t locate any for sale in the US. I paid through PayPal and the money was sent in US dollars. The reply and delivery speed was really good. FedEx handled the shipping.

I gotted some Cressi regulators from Nootica. The octopus one wasn't in the box. Nootica said sorry and are sendin' a new one. Good vendor, they fixin' mistakes even when it ain't their fault.

Regrettably, the kayak I got had a defect. What I found noteworthy during the replacement process was how quickly they responded to the problem and how professional the staff were.

Good price but poor service

My family bought a paddel surf from them in July 2025 for my birthday. First use and I notice bubbles from lost air. I contact their customer service and they ask me to ship damaged good to France :((((. I received it back, after a few mails, on October 16th. I have not inflated it to check if the repair was done. Whatever I will not send it back to them.

They gave me the wrong parts and refused to send the right ones or give a refund. Customer service is useless, they just take your money and ignore problems. Stay away from this compny.

Worst experience ever, on the 29 of june I bought 3 item from nootica, 2 of them arrived but the otherone not. I contacted them and they told me that they dont know were it is, that the carrier lost it. It's been more than a month since I bought and paid for the item, i waited more than 20 days but after that is a little to much, i asked for my money back. They dont give me my money and It appears that bots are responding to emails. I buy lost of thing online but never i was treated this way.

UK buyers, be cautious! Avoid purchasing from this company if you are located in the UK. In case of problems with the item, the returns process is quite difficult. Nootica offers minimal guidance, and the package got stuck in customs before being sent back—no reply from Nootica, poor customer support. Buyer beware!

The company failed to deliver and points fingers at their delivery service for the holdups. The delivery service claims Nootica did not cover the correct shipping fees. Refund process is stuck. Even after two months, the refund situation remains unclear.

Subpar service. Missed delivery commitments twice, zero assistance from customer support. A regrettable waste of both money and time. Additionally, they refund you an amount less than your actual expenditure. Unscrupulous.
