The response wasn't what I expected. The representative, JAMES GOLDMAN, brought up an old issue that had been handled, none of his business. He seemed to be trying to bully me into agreeing with him to have my account verified. He made me feel as if I'd done something wrong when I hadn't. This has made me uncomfortable with contacting customer service since they can't get their situations figured out. I'll be raising heck with corporate people tomorrow. DON'T USE THESE PPL. What a terrible app this is. It’s just like every other lucky acorn copy that tries to force you to play. Every blackjack hand I get is between 13 and 16, while the dealer always shows a 10. It’s the same thing every time. They don’t even try to mix it up. It feels like they’re taking your money without any shame. With the random numbers, it's almost like I can bet one hand or three, and it’s still going to be 16 against a face card. I’m sure it's legit and all, but honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it at all.
