I didn’t expect much when I got their guide about dandruff

I didn’t expect much when I got their guide about dandruff and flaky scalp, I just hoped it would clear up what’s really happening with my scalp. I’ve tried lots of anti-dandruff shampoos and home remedies, but nothing worked for long. This guide surprised me — it explains things in a way that was easy to get, especially about ingredients that harm your scalp barrier and how some oils can help (or really make things worse). There were times I thought, “Why didn’t anyone tell me this before?” I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 only because I wish there were more pictures or examples, but overall it helped me reduce flakes and feel better about my scalp. Would for sure recommend if you’re tired of guessing and want to learn more about your scalp.

The things we learned help our hair, health, and how we think. Sarah's short videos and workbook exercises were simple and didn't take much time. She explains things clearly so it's easy to understand and do. We learned about hair care and how to check ingredients in our hair products. Plus, we even learned to make our own shampoos with basic ingredients! I think this challenge is worth trying out. You'll enjoy it.
