The T-shirts are of nice quality, and I'm happy with the products. I only took off one star because the graphics have a fake worn-out look – I would have preferred if they didn't do that at all. It’s a small issue.

I had some bumps

I had some bumps in my earlier review of the company. I was a bit harsh, but I can own up to it. The shirt took a while to get here, but that wasn't their fault. Sorry for being a jerk. I really like the shirt.

Even though my package got lost

Even though my package got lost, Geeksoutfit support, Miranda in particular, made a new order, shipped it and kept in touch until I got my order. I received exactly what I asked for,

T-shirts were amazing! The designs are bigger on the larger shirts unlike all shirts! The delivery was slow, and the problem wasn't solved until I emailed after 2 week.

Double check specs before placing your order

I ordered 5 ugly Christmas sweaters from GeeksOutfit.com for myself and my family for our yearly family get together and I’m glad I ordered so early because these are not sweaters at all. They feel like ribbed dry fit shirts. They are screen print on demand shirts. Definitely not what I was expecting as they’re listed as sweaters. The fit is generally bigger than normal, which is another thing to consider before purchasing. The quality isn’t exactly lacking, the designs are witty and cute, it just isn’t what was advertised. Buyer beware.

I got 5 t-shirts and they came pretty quickly

I got 5 t-shirts and they came pretty quickly, around 10 days. The print quality is poor. The text is just on top of the shirt. If each shirt cost about 15 dollars, it’d be okay, but they’re 25 dollars each. It’s odd that I live in Europe, paid in dollars, and they’re made in China. I probably won’t buy from geeksoutfit again.

Despite uncertainty about the delivery, my order arrived just in time. The hoodies and tees impress with clever slogans and fair material quality, albeit a bit thin. Overall, satisfied with the timely arrival and the playful, witty designs on the clothing.

The product is good.

The product is good. However, delivery took 3 weeks, and during this time, I keep getting flooded with email ads trying to get me to buy more stuff that will likely be slow too.

Ik heb eerder bij deze besteld, de kwaliteit van de T-shirts is goed. Alles ging prima met de vorige bestellingen en ze kwamen binnen een week aan. Mijn laatste bestelling, 3 weken geleden, wacht ik nog steeds op. Het lijkt al 2 weken bij bezorger Evri te liggen... We weten allemaal hoe slecht dat soms kan gaan als er iets mis is. Ik heb Geeksoutfit deze week 3 of 4 keer gemailed als reactie op hun emails, met de vraag om een update en of ze contact met Evri kunnen opnemen. Ik krijg steeds antwoorden waarin ze zeggen dat ik moet wachten en dat het door de douane is, maar ze negeren mijn vragen lijkt het, het voelt net alsof het automatische berichten zijn die steeds hetzelfde zeggen.. Ik zie zelf al via de tracking waar het is... Ze boden 10% terugbetaling aan en vroegen om nog 6-9 dagen te wachten.. dat is dan 1 maand na mijn bestelling, ik hoef geen korting maar gewoon wat ik heb besteld of een volledige terugbetaling, of stuur het opnieuw. Geef op z’n minst een update van Evri ipv wat er op de web site staat. In de laatste 2 emails hebben ze mijn vragen niet beantwoord. Ik weet niet of dit aan Evri ligt, maar Geeksoutfit lijkt geen verantwoording te nemen. En jammer genoeg moet ik deze slechte recencie schrijven in de hoop dat iemand het leest en iets doet.

After a month, I still haven’t received my order. I tried to contact Geeksoutfit, but they don’t reply, and – surprise – the tracking number in the order confirmation doesn’t work, it just leads to the company’s website. Isn’t this just a scam?

Complete Scam. Please save yourself the time!

Avoid at all costs! I'm so disappointed in myself for getting caught out with this. I should have realized with the layout of the website and that all responses by email had poor English/grammar and no official signatures e.tc. I ordered 2 Christmas jumpers at the end of November. Two cost me over $70 with shipping. I also purchased worry-free delivery 🤦🏻‍♀️ To start with they seemed to have lost my order but blamed it on high demand and production problems but when my order did finally arrive I was horrified!! Both jumpers should have been XS but are the size of an XL! The fabric is horrendous. One is 100% polyester and the other is 90% polyester, 4% spandex and 6% rayon! When you stretch the material, the colour completely fades. The seams are all completely unfinished. Most of them don't even line up causing the fabric to pucker. The colour is faded or missing around Seams and there's no proper labelling! I emailed to request a refund and they said that because my issue was with sizing and personal dislike of the quality, that I would have to pay for the international shipping back to China which would cost me $30 minimum!! So out of the goodness of their hearts, they offered me a 20% refund.. I took photos of both items and sent an email back explaining how this was completely unacceptable and I had now forwarded everything to PayPal and opened a case. I sent all correspondence and photos. Geeks outfit did not respond to my requests through PayPal but 11 days after my previous email to them, they responded explaining again that it was due to personal reasons that I wanted a refund so I would have to pay for return shipping. They however now offered me a 50% refund. As PayPal were now dealing with my case I did not respond. I found out this morning that after looking into the case and due to no response from the seller, PayPal have awarded me a full refund. This whole process has taken over a month. So please do not buy from this company! It is a complete scam and also make sure that any online purchases are paid through PayPal! I have added 3 photos, which includes a side by side comparison with an xs Christmas jumper from another company to show the difference in size and quality. I hope this helps!

Terrible customer service. Incorrect sizing information on their website. Steer clear!!

I highly recommend staying away from this company. Their sweaters are completely polyester. Their sizing is NOT what is portrayed on their website. I ordered a size small based on the measurements they provided (43" chest for a size small) on the sweater's listing and the item I received over 3 weeks later was far too small to a point where it's not wearable. See attached photo. Now i typically wear a Medium for a 42" chest but i always confirm the sizing as some companies sell oversized sweaters which do lead me to buy a small. The sizing details on the geeksoutfit site indicated an oversized sweater so i went with the small and to my surprise - it actually fits like a small. They claim to offer a 30 day money back gaurantee on their website but this is false. They want you to cover the shipping of the item back to China. Or accept a 20% money back at most. They do not accept that their website provide false information and that the error was on their part. They offer no way to rectify the situation except to take 20% of the price paid as resolution. Complete garbage for customer service. I would avoid this company at all costs and look elsewhere for your Xmas sweaters or any other item they sell for that matter!!

Never order from them whatever you do.

Sent pm a few days ago to get things sorted and am then told that details were missing and was asked to fill in the EXACT same details that was already filled in from the form. Either they didn't include all information that was filled in when sending to order to be delivered or someone fumbled. Either way this leaves a very poor aftertaste. I now have to wait another 14-16 days when the total delivery time should've been 9-17 days. Order date: 2025/11/13 18:37 Now I have another 14-16 days to wait AKA over 30 days due to this. At least it will arrive sometime before Xmas with some luck but fuck damn. Will never in my life order from this site again. Nor will I recommend anyone to use it. I will as a matter in fact asked everyone to stay clear of it due to the poor handling of things. They did handle the issue fast once they started tracking it and sorting things out, I will give them that but don't bother sending a mail. Just send a message over facebook instead.

Fraudulent and illicit practices

I have been a customer of this company for a while but recently their aggressive bait and switch and misleading advertising has caused me to no longer recommend or be a customer. They send emails advertising selected shirts at zero cost but when I tried to purchase a shirt and add one of the zero cost special ones they did not honor it and charged my card full price for both. When I contacted support they said they would give me a 20% discount. Not exactly what they advertised. In the end they would give you a free shirt if you spent over 70 dollars on shirts. Today I received an offer for selected shirts for $14.99 but when ordering it shows at $21.99 but if you buy enough additional shirts at full price then you get the discount. In my opinion this is deceptive advertising and bait and switch to the point of fraud.

Failure to deliver or fraud

After a month the following email: "Dear customer, We are pleased to inform you that your package has been successfully delivered to the designated pick-up point. Please go to the pick-up point to pick up your package as soon as possible. If you encounter any problems or have any questions during the pickup process, please feel free to contact our customer service team and we will serve you wholeheartedly. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation! I wish you a happy life! Miranda." The 'tracking information' screenshot attached as a photo. I would suspicious of any positive review of this company.

Ordered several shirts from them. I was really looking forward to them, but I realized it would take a few weeks before they arrived. However, twice now they have said they were delivered, and they were not. I've checked the Ring camera to see if anything came in, and nothing has on those days. I've double-checked the address and even asked my neighbors. I believe it is a scam. Half of the shirts I ordered are no longer on the site.

Poor quality control and customer service

Bought 2 batch so far. The first, the sizes are good which prompted me to get another 6 months later. To my horror, the new batch were inches shorter! I was too ashamed to wear them and worse still, I even bought a few as a present for a friend! Customer service decided to offer 30% for future purchases as service recovery! How can they expect i can confidently order and spend more for such poor quality control over their product?

Poor Customer Service

I needed to file a CC dispute since they continuously used a service where they misdelivered my item (on a public road vs my door) and the long lead time since it's from China (expect 2+ months). Filing a CC dispute is impossible since they push to use whatsapp and the services are 60+ days after they are charge you. I highly recommend avoid this place at all costs.

Weird sizing, unnecessary intermediate steps in return process

The XXL was easily a XXL. Good news for some, but not for me. I'd have been fine with this if they'd have let me exchange it, but they introduced a weird intermediate step in the return that COINCIDENTALLY threw me off enough to push me past the 30 day return limit. They get to keep the money from this first sale, but I'd have bought much more had the done the minimum.

You can order, but you’ll never get it

Do I ordered 7 shirts and was excited. They sent confirmation and then lots of adds to buy more with better discounts. But O never got shipping or tracking info. Days passed, then weeks. I reached out lots of times, they only responded once, then… total silence. Zi have a PayPal dispute open, so let’s hope I get the funds back.

Stay away from this scam site

It's now been over a month asking for shipping information. They have provided me 2 separate tracking numbers that I can only verify from a link THEY send. There is no record of it ever hitting USPS. I believe this is a fraudulent merchant. Stay clear and avoid the frustration.

Horrible experience

Bought a shirt and the quality was like O was wearing plastic. I wanted to return the item and get my money back and that was not an option. The only option I was given is to replace the item with another low quality item. 30$ to waste. The shirts they sell barely cost 1$ each.

Disappointed

I bought a T-shirt last summer which was perfect; ordered a second one 6 months later which hasn’t come and I have had no specific response to at least six queries. I’m so disappointed. I’d prefer the shirt, but at this point the refund would do.

54+ Days No Delivery - Package Sent Wrong Direction

Ordered $176 in items 4/21/25. 54+ days later, no delivery. Package tracked from LA to Chicago (I'm in California). Customer service sends scripted responses ignoring the routing error. Had to file PayPal dispute. Avoid.

I never received the item and they insist it was delivered - it wasn't. I was home on the day of the supposed delivery. They want $13 to ship again.

Do NOT order

Absolutely horrible product quality and customer service. Shipping times are the slowest I’ve seen and buying the extra insurance does no good!

Never received items. No customer service whatsoever! This company needs to be blocked in USA. Don't waste your money!
