Imagine being bombarded with spam day after day. Despite unsubscribing 20 times last month and sending countless emails to delete my details, this business just doesn’t care. I registered only for a discount code, made no purchases, and now I regret it deeply. My inbox is flooded with spam emails every single day—what a nightmare! It's clear this company operates with zero regard for customer requests. Save yourself the frustration and steer clear. Trust me, you’ll thank me later. AVOID AT ALL COSTS."

Picture this: I placed my order back in May, eagerly waiting for it to arrive. The tracking info repeated the same status, then went dark. Nearly three weeks later, I finally reached out, and guess what? My order was stuck at customs. They promised to ship a replacement, hoping it would arrive in another 2-3 weeks. Frustrating, right? If it doesn’t show up, I better get a refund. Why import these products internationally? Make them locally in the US for faster delivery!

Fraud

I did not realize this company was overseas when I ordered which is fine but you have to factor in more wait time. I still ordered two weeks in advance of when I would need this item. I thought since I ordered from a father's day ad it would be here by at least father's day. When a week went by without a shipping notice I contacted customer support for an estimated time of arrival. They said to be patient it takes up too 5 days processing time (it had already been 5 business days so lie number 1). When I pointed this out, they promised they would rush my order when they had materials to make it. I waited two more days. No shipping notification. I contacted them to cancel my order and requested a refund. They completely ignored my request (didn't even acknowledge it) and repeated much of what the first and second email said (confirming they still hadn't even made it). There should have been no problem canceling my order then. Two days later I get an update my order has been shipped. I still have no more updates where it is. Thinking this may be fraud. So disappointed. I had several other things picked out to order. Will not be dealing with them again though and May have to make a fraud report.

The company should feel embarrassed

The company should feel embarrassed. They didn't mention in the ad that the products are from China. They slapped on an extra foreign purchase fee on your credit card and it takes more than a month for delivery. If I knew all this beforehand, I would have never placed an order!

Fraud Company

Absolute garbage from China, and a complete scam. Ordered three items based on their size chart. One fit correctly, one was snug but acceptable, and one was at least 5 cm too small. Tried to return the one that was too small. They have tried three times to get me to just keep it and tell them another size to send. Anything to keep from refunding money. Currently on week three of trying to get a refund for this shirt, and they most recently tried to claim I would have to ship it back to China at my expense, despite their return policy very clearly saying otherwise on their website. And if that wasn't enough, the shirt isn't even that great. It's polyester and does not feel good against your skin. They also used white fabric on the inside, so it looks weird if you don't button the top button. Avoid this scam company at all costs.

45 days later and still no shipment

I placed an order 45 days ago and it still has not arrived. Their website states a maximum processing time of 7 days and a maximum shipping time of 12 days for a total of 19 days. The occasion I ordered the items for has passed and I no longer need them. I've sent several polite emails asking for a delivery date, and eventually after 40 days, a refund. The answer - always in broken English - is to wait just 10 more days and all will be resolved. No promised delivery date and no refund. No matter how long it has been, it will always be "just 10 more days". I encourage everyone to avoid this seller and if you're waiting for an order that is late, simply contact your credit card and process a chargeback rather than wasting your breath with their scam support.

The email address they give for customer service isn’t valid

I ordered a shirt. It took 3-1/2 weeks to arrive. I want to return it because it’s a little small. They say I have to contact their customer service department to arrange a return but the email address for the customer service department comes back as invalid.

I bought some shirts early as a gift for a present. I realized I needed to exchange the sizes for smaller ones as the birthday got closer. I wrote geeksoutfit to request and exchange, which they agreed to if I covered shipping, which I agreed to. I covered shipping, and then they wrote me they wouldn't honor the exchange bc it had passed the 30-day window - which is why I wrote them in the first place! Felt like a con.

Been over 2 months

I ordered over 2 months ago,b still haven't receded the order. Customer service is non existent. The email is now non active. This company is a scam. DONT ORDER FROM THEM!

I like the designs on the shirts.

I like the designs on the shirts. Ordering was simple and delivery was quick enough. But not enough women's shirts, and the ones available are too much pink. I bought some men's shirts, but they don't fit as well as the women's. Women like geek stuff too, not just pink.

Got carried away and ended up buying

Got carried away and ended up buying more shirts than planned because the discount was too tempting! Thankfully, the fabric feels really good, and everything made it here before Christmas. The tracking information had me a bit concernd since the package was coming from really far away, so I contacted the seller to confirm delivery time. They got back quickly and said it was on the way but could be a bit late. Funny enough, it showed up later that same day! Glad I picked a larger size. The collars are a bit snug, so might need some small fixes. Overall, pleased with the order and appreciated the extra gift of socks/pins/stickers. Much appreciated!

I placed an order for 4 shirts on Dec 11th, hoping they'd arrive by Christmas. I didn't realize they were shipping from abroad. I reached out to customer service on Jan 7th, asking about my order's status. The tracking info was unclear. They replied quickly, apologized, and gave me a credit. They said they'd speed up the shipping if possible. My order was already on its way and arrived yesterday. The customer service kept checking in to make sure I got my package. The shirts were good quality and fit well, so I will buy again. They have a lot of great items. Very happy. Just know that shipping isn't from the US.

Nice variety of shirts and patterns, really liked seeing both Hawaiian and regular button up options. Had some good moments with solid help and results. There was a postal strike right when my order was on the way, and I got a message from geeksoutfit asking if I was ok to wait or wanted to do something else. I chose to wait, and the stuff came not long after, which was cool to have a choise. We also got the same thing as someone else for a gift, and they got back to us quick and sorted the exchange easy. Been really glad with the stuff and how they helped!

I’ve purchased from Geeks Outfit 3 times after spotting their ads on Instagram and Facebook. I was initially concerned since the t-shirts I ordered came from China. But the quality is great, and the designs are really cool. Shipping takes a little while since it’s coming from China, but it’s totally worth it. I highly recommend this company. They’re really good. I especially love their hoodies.

Ze adviseerden om het product gratis te houden. De kwaliteit van het product is best goed! Dus ik ben onder de indruk! Had gewild dat ik ze op tijd voor Kerst had gehad... volgende jaar shoppen is alweer begonnen!!

Currently, I receive a "thanks" and wait days for delivery without any tracking info. To retain customers, focus on logistics transparency. Your products are great, but competition is fierce.

Clear communication. They got back to me on the same day I asked a question. The shirts are good quality, and the printing is well done. It takes some time from ordering to getting the product (around 2 weeks), but that's just right for the process. These people are just what they say they are.
