Good site, friendly staff. I want to show my thanks even though there were a few mix-ups at first. I thought I'd own the account after buying, but then I wondered how they could offer so many games if they sell these accounts? It made sense in the end. Thanks a lot to Lidaki for the games he gave me at a fair price, plus the free game. The only downside is that you don't fully own the account, but you can play all the games on it.

Kocht een key, kreeg een key, shockerend. Interface is degelijk en betaling liep zonder drama. De eerste code was region locked, mijn fout, maar support wees netjes op de waarschuwingen. Tweede aankoop werkte direct. Handig platform als je even oplet wat je klikt.

It's been a month and I still don't have a refund. The seller won't cooperate. Difmark said to deal with him. Thanks Difmark.

It's a good site for buying gift cards or games for other accounts and then using them on your console. I did it with an account I have in Germany, and I got a PS money card for a lower price. Not sure about other stuff.

Avoid buying from this site. Their refund policy doesn't prioritize the customer. The business operates by violating the Terms and Conditions of Gaming Stores. It acts as a middleman for sellers who provide credentials to Gaming Stores, which seems very risky. With Multi Factor Authentication now required by many of these stores, hopefully, this market will fade away. Some game code comparison sites list Difmark as a seller, which is misleading.

Misleidend product en geen veilige toegang. Ik heb een game-account gekocht via jullie site (Order ID: 2354633, ~€22), maar in plaats van een eigen exemplaar kreeg ik een gedeeld account met inloggegevens van iemand anders. Dat stond niet duidelijk vermeld bij het product, en het voelt eerlijk gezegd als oplichting. Na installatie en inloggen (dat bij de eerste inloggegevens niet eens lukte), werd ik meerdere keren uit een ronde gegooid. Waarschijnlijk door een ander persoon dat het account gebruikte. Meerdere keren het karakter veranderd van uiterlijk, waarna na een tijdje het karakter weer was gewijzigd. Een tijdje later was mijn account al level 3 en skill points waren al gebruikt door iemand anders... Ter verduidelijking, in dit spel kun je niet skill points resetten. Bovendien heb ik geen toegang tot het Gmail-account dat aan het Epic-account gekoppeld is. Dat betekent dat iemand anders op elk moment de inloggegevens kan wijzigen, het is dus niet alleen misleidend, maar ook onveilig. Ik heb direct na aankoop om een refund gevraagd, maar krijg alleen standaardreacties over “gedeelde accounts” en “geen refunds”. Ze verschuilen zich nu achter de kleine lettertjes die ik had kunnen lezen als je op de extra details knop had gedrukt. Nergens anders staat aangegeven dat het niet om een gewoon EPIC account gaat dat je volledig krijgt. Dit is immers de titel overal: "ARC Raiders (Epic Games Account) / Region GLOBAL / Edition Standard". Waarom staat hier nergens SHARED dan? Dat is niet acceptabel, want ik heb niet gekregen wat er werd beloofd. Ik raad iedereen aan om ver weg te blijven van deze website. Dit is geen eerlijke manier van verkopen. Graag wil ik een refund, maar ik betwijfel of ze er op reageren. Direct na aankoop gevraagd, lijkt me dat ik er dan recht op heb. Deze website raad ik ten strengste af!!

There’s no mention of “shared” in the title, product image, or checkout flow. The page is designed to look like a standard digital game sale, and at €45 for a shared login (for a game that costs €80), it feels like they’re printing money by misleading buyers. Difmark replied that all of this is “available in the Offer Details”, but expecting customers to dig through a hidden tab for such essential information is neither fair nor transparent. Saying “there’s no fine print” doesn’t help when the critical details are easy to miss by design. Yes, the product was technically delivered, but not in a way that any reasonable buyer would expect, and definitely not what I agreed to when I hit “buy”. I’m still waiting for a fair resolution, and will gladly update this review if the situation is handled properly.

Despite being assured that my refund was in progress more than 6 days ago, there has been no resolution. Their promises of a quick refund have proven to be false, and my repeated attempts to address the issue have been met with silence. Two days ago, I received a generic response stating that they would contact me via email, but since then, there has been no further communication. It is incredibly frustrating that this company appears to be avoiding addressing the matter of my reimbursement altogether. Their lack of responsiveness and apparent refusal to fulfill their commitment is nothing short of theft. I find it astonishing that platforms like Trustpilot fail to identify and address such fraudulent practices. I am now compelled to report this company on the platform to ensure that others are made aware of their untrustworthy behavior. It is unacceptable that a company of this nature continues to operate freely, and I strongly urge anyone who shares a similar experience to report them as well. This company cannot be trusted, and it is crucial that potential customers are made aware of their questionable business practices.

I got scammed

Please never use the service of them. I just had the worst customer experience ever. I bought a account which was given to me not working. After i contacted the seller the Seller told me to wait up to 10 hours and the issue will be fixed. 100 hours later the problem still is not solved and the seller told me I would get a replacement of the product after, and this is literally what he said, a "enormous amount of time has passed". After this message I contacted the support and they were also not helping at all telling me after their "Refund & Delivery Policy" it was a successful delivery. Like come on.. You really sold me a product that is not working/broken and just because I received something that it is broken you claim the delivery to be successful? This is pure scam! I told them I am a customer who has made a bad experience and that they should please just consider giving me a refund out of goodwill which they replied to that the Refund Policy parries my problem and that my ticket will be closed. Open your eyes: Check other reviews on other sites or look on rwddit. You will quickly notice that almost everyone had horrible experience with them. 0/10 would recommend

Kauf wurde nur einmal bestätigt, aber drei Mal berechnet

Am 02.05.2025 habe ich einen Gamekey über Difmark beim Verkäufer "AvalonGaming" kaufen wollen. Es kam zu zwei Fehleranzeigen beim Zahlungsprozess. Die übliche Bestätigung des Kaufes kam nicht! Daraufhin habe ich zwei weitere Versuche gemacht. Erst der dritte Zahlungsprozess wurde als erfolgreich bestätigt. Tatsächlich hat Difmark aber drei Mal das Spiel berechnet. Schuld wäre ich, da ich meine Bezahlungen nicht kontrolliert hätte. Wie soll ich Zahlungen kontrollieren, wenn es Fehlermeldungen gibt, aber keine Bestätigung?! Difmark verweigert die Rückerstattung und Rücknahme der von mir nicht beanspruchten weiteren identischen Spiele. Difmark wäre Vermittler, der Zahlungsabwickler eine beauftragte Firma. Man macht sich mit Systemfehlern also die Taschen voll und gibt dem Kunden die Schuld. Hände weg von so einer Firma!

DIFMARK AND YOUTUBE TURKISH SCAMMERS. I've been trying to solve this problem daily for two months. I bought a 24-month subscription and gave them email addresses. The guy deliberately kicks people out of the family group and then asks me to create a new email address. I've already created nine new email addresses, and it still doesn't work. He kicks you out of the family group even though he knows you can only do it twice a year. I want a full refund for the four orders: ****, ****, ****, and ****. He scams you every time. I want my money back. I don't trust this guy.
