Stay well away from Nebula. They trick you into signing up through social media apps like Facebook. Just like they did with me. I paid a pound or so I thought I did to learn about my past life. Giving my DOB etc, then paying by PayPal. That’s when they get access to your money. You then are subscribed to the company without knowing. It’s only when you check your bank that you see they have taken 39 euros. This is not clear at all and when you try to get it back they won’t give it too you. They lie in their emails and act like they care but they really don’t. There’s a clause so they are safe. Even PayPal can’t / won’t help. It’s ok I am reporting them to trading standards and the board that handles these companies. It’s criminal. I had to give 1 star but if there was an option not to they wouldn’t get that.

I gave you a rating of “fair” because I didn’t want to take the time I’m taking now to explain why I am very unsatisfied with my experience overall, as I am doing now. While I’m glad I got the refund I asked for, the process was tough to say the least. It took many support requests and several emails to get it - way too many in my opinion. It was quite hard and an overall bother. Also, I was wrongly charged in the first place, and for something I either did not buy or was tricked into purchasing, perhaps on purpose. Your Facebook ad is misleading and needs a good amount of improvement. I hope you make adjustments to your ad accordingly.

I signed up in February, but just got my monthly bill and noticed a charge of $45.00 plus extra fees for NOTHING. I’ve never used any of Nebula’s apps. I thought it was strange when I saw on Google that they claimed the fees were $6.00 a month—$60.00 a year. Yet, they charged me $45.00 last night, and I plan to ask for a refund for all the charges that were taken out of my account. I’m thinking of reaching out to the Attorneys General in Pennsylvania, Delaware, and New York to get my money back. They’re CROOKS, and I think this whole thing is a COMPLETE SCAM. AVOID THIS SITE.

Not what I expected at all

I signed up thinking I was paying for one specific thing, but the experience turned out very different. Instead of receiving what I thought I paid for, I was offered other services that required more money. It also became clear that there was some kind of recurring billing attached, which I didn’t fully realize at the time. This created a lot of confusion and frustration. I’m now in the process of stopping the payments and figuring out how to reverse the charges.

Awful. Same old story; I was low, unsure and kinda down, so I clicked on a five dollar reading and stopped before it finished (didn't even add my CVV). Later, I'm out trying to get the train and a drink when my card says no. Turns out the folks at Nebula took the last 45 bucks I had. Stay away from this greedy mess, they don’t give a hoot if you end up stuck at the station, waitin on your ex husband to bail you out so you can get home.

They offer a free start, but soon enough, the information begins to cost extra. There's a timer set on the reading, and it runs out right at the end, forcing you to pay more money. Even after I canceled the free trial, they’ve still tried to charge my account for a monthly service I never signed up for. After realizing that paying a small fee for extra time was just a trick to make you pay more, I canceled it.

I decided not to follow through with the 7-day trial because I think that any site that suggests that you scan your card is not a trustworthy site and even though I typed in my card number it immediately asked me for my payment information again .

Stay away from this website, they rip you off. I only agreed to pay $5, but they charged my card twice more for $29.99 and $45.00. You can't cancel through their site, and they have your debit card details. BE CAREFUL, they are scammers.

This company is unreliable. I signed up for a $1 offer and ended up being charged $Au 113.95 for a service I never asked for. Despite sending many emails for a refund, they only returned $77.22. They are not trustworthy.

I freely gave the $1 for an astrological report. Next thing I know they are trying to charge me $45. Good thing my card is locked. AN I NEVER RECEIVED THE ASTROLOGICAL REPORT. SMH.
