You need to pay upfront with a major credit card, but if you can manage that, you get a great discount on the same car you'd pay more for with other firms.

It's simple to reserve a place.. but they don't show all the fees.. after you reserve they tell you that you have to pay a deposit of 1682 euro. It's a scam.

In common with other customers, there's a fee charged that we thought was a deposit until the final bill came. The company added nothing to the process.

Really the worst experience with a rental company, never book a car through them!

Really the worst experience with a booking agent I ever had. I booked a car from Europcar through VIP Cars, then during pick-up the car was not at its spot, and since it was just around the time the counter closed, there was also nobody form Europcar around to help us. Finally we had to get another car at 10pm in the night, which was a nightmare. Next morning I called Europcar and they apologised and reimbursed immediately the money. But when contancting VIPCars and asking them to also reimburse their fee as the contract did not happen and it was not our fault, they opened a ticket and it took them 4 weeks to process it. And after that they refused to reimburse the money claiming that Europcar said it wasnt their fault, although Europcar clearly said that and excused, and actually also reimbursed the money. This is the worst behavior of a rental company I have ever experienced. Don't book a car here, never!

In short Scam of a company, they took my money and never supplied any car, if you are interested in details keep reading. Ordered a car from VIPCars this summer to be picked up from Tivat,Montenegro Airport. I payed 200 Euro in advance and when we got to the airport, no one was waiting for us there. After running around the airport and looking for a company that was written in the rental agreement that VIPCars sent me, I found out that there is no such company. I started calling all the numbers that were on the invoice, I found out that the company doesnt even have a representative in Montenegro. I wasted ton of money, calling from my phone to VIPCars that didnt help me in the end and I had to rent from another guy in the airport much more expencive, but at least got the car. Now it has been two months since they ripped me off, and I still didnt get a refund. Dont rent from them

Do not rent a vehicle from this company

I rented and paid for a vehicle through VIPCars. The day I went to pickup my rental at the airport, I was told that I had to have a plane ticket in hand if I was going to use a debit card. I don't use credit cards for personal reasons. I wasn't flying so I didn't have a plane ticket. I wasn't able to get my rental that I already paid for. More than that, I was told by VIPCars that could not get a refund - they took over $800 from me! This condition or requirement to have a plane ticket in hand if using a debit card was not disclosed to me either when I made the reservation or in the subsequent documents and emails that were sent to me. I regret not having taken the time to read the reviews on VIPCars because clearly there are issues with this company. Please do not do business with this company.

Absolut schechter Kundenservice

Gemieteter Wagen (im Endeffekt war es weego) verkehrsuntüchtig, keine Verantwortung nachdem ich das Problem gemeldet habe. (Hier ist weego unter aller Kritik) Dh. gemietete und bezahlte Leistung bei VIP CARS nicht erhalten und jetzt 2 Monate später werde ich immer noch nach 34 Emails (trotz Frist die ich gesetzt habe) vertröstet.

VIPCARS geben Preise bekannt, die in Zusammenhang mit der Versicherungsdienstleistung nicht übereinstimmen. Erst wenn man das Auto abholen möchte, wird man böse überrascht. Es kommen Mehrkosten zum Tragen, die ohnehin suspekt sind und nicht halt- und tragbar. Ich empfehle diese Gesellschaft VIPCARS niemals.
