I've placed a few orders with Oxknit

I've placed a few orders with Oxknit and have had a pretty good experience. The fits are as advertised, and the quality is pretty good. A couple of loose threads here and there, but nothing a quick fix couldn't handle.

They did good - was a bit weird when I owed .1 cent after paying my bill - maybe a currency fluctuation? The clothes are nice - I got a suggestion for a new design, tell me where to send pics

My order came when promised

My order came when promised, just like I thought it would. It fits well. I didn’t know the company sourced their products from China; I assumed it was a local business.

Great quality clothing.

Great quality clothing. I usually wear a large but got an X-Large, good shipping, fast service. Can't speak for others, but my experiance was nice.

Alright so the sizes run small cause of Chinese sizing. I’m 5’11” and around 200lbs, body wise I’m kind of "skinny fat" – like someone who eats ok and works out sometimes. I tried XL and XXL – XL felt more like a U.S. small, and XXL like a medium. Probably XXXL would fit better. I got a sweater and a polo, they look like in the pictures. Material is soft, but it starts to wear on the outside fast. Shipping took quite a while. I later ordered 4 more sweaters, only 3 came but they still charged for 4. Also, one of the sweaters had bad stitching from the arm to the body, so when I raised my arm it looked off. They sent me 10% refund for that. They have cool stuff but the company doesn’t seem very proffesional. Looks like they can’t handle all the orders coming in.

So, on a whim I grabbed one shirt that was a cardigan, it felt well made. Then I went all out and bought different knit short sleeve shirts—polo and button-up. The quality was kinda hit or miss. The lightweight knit polo started to come apart at some seems and a few others don’t fit right (not stiff enough to keep the shape of a collar). I can sew a bit… like my mom showed me how to sew on a button—so I fixed them. But even with careful care—no dryer—they should be lasting better. Overall I like their stuff, and will probably buy again, but I’ve figured out which ones last longer, wrinkle less, and have enough shape so I don’t have to starch a casual shirt to wear out. I’ve gotten lots of nice comments for what it’s worth.

The shirt I got was nice but didn’t seem worth the price I paid. I also decided to try the Black Friday surprise box, hoping for at least one good shirt, but instead, I got a terrible pair of shorts and a shirt with a large year printed on it. The items didn’t even go well together, and the only decent thing was a pair of socks. It’s clear that the “surprise” boxes are just old items that they try to sell off as something special. I won’t be shopping here again because the value and quality don’t match the cost.

The delivery took a while. The shirts are made from soft material and look nice, but they seem to be tailored for someone with a bigger belly and a smaller chest. They don't fit me right.

I purchased two short sleeve shirts and they claimed it shipped, but for a week, there was no tracking information. I checked the website and it instructed me to contact them on IG due to some break/ holiday they were having. Their replies on IG were fairly fast. Eventually, I found out the shirts were on back order even though it showed shipped. I asked for a refund and they gave it to me right away. I won't be buying from them again. However, I've noticed Amazon and alibaba have the same shirts listed lately.

Yeah, like many people mentioned, getting OXKNIT stuff wasn't a great choice. I didn’t check any reviews before I started buying their things, and now I got around 8 shirts from them! And honestly, there was some kind of issue with ALMOST EACH ONE! I didn’t notice the problam at first, cause the shirts stayed in my closet for weeks or even months before I tried any. So it took time to realize the quality just isn’t that good.

This business, with full awarness, sells sweaters for women that come with a big line across the top which you don’t see on their website but shows up once you get it. Delivery took 3 whole months. They won’t return all your money. Also, their sizes don’t fit many people. I wouldn’t order from this brand again.

Watch out! This company is a SCAM!

Watch out! This company is a SCAM! They said they delivered my item, but there’s no record of it on my Ring Camera. Their response to my complaint was to ask me to check with my neighbor. No attempt to investigate my claim or provide tracking. I feel like I’ve been tricked. It seemed too good to be true.

These are products made and sent from China, I wish I had looked at more reviews before buying. Clothes are still falling apart after just a few days of use. I won't waste my time returning them, don’t want to pay for shipping back to China. Stay away from this company.

I tried to finish my order using Paypal, but it got cancelled and I got a message from my bank. When I called them, they told me there were some issues reported by others who bought from this company called Oxknit in HongKong. I decided not to go through with it.

Waited ages for the delivery and the shirts look like they’re XL or more. They hang off me like a tent. Can’t even wear them. Bought 4 shirts. Feels like i just lost my cash, sending them back is too expencive so now I just have these giant shirts sitting here.

Their desings are a ripof of other desgners. One look at Shugerhill Brighton and there you have it - the REEL desgners (and doing fashun responsibly too!) I'll be givin my bizness to companys that treet desgners and our planet with respekt.

I never got my order, even though Yanwen

I never got my order, even though Yanwen (whoever they are) says it was delivered. Oxknit hasn't replied to my complaint, but I can guess they'll blame Yanwen. The thing is, I didn't order from Yanwen. I ordered from Oxknit.

I have tried reaching out multiple

I have tried reaching out multiple times about getting a refund, but no one has responded in over a week. It's been very difficult to contact you in any way. I now feel this company may not be trustworthy.

This company isn't good.

This company isn't good. I got cardigans ruined 'cause of bad dye. Even after washing right, dye leaked and spoiled white piping. I emailed customer service many times, but they ignored me. Not satisfied.

Half of my order was missing. Support is non-responsive. Email instructions say to message on Facebook, but they won't reply there either. I’m reporting this to my credit card company. Avoid this seller.

Don't buy from here! They took my money fast, but no stuff yet after 30 days. They say wait 17 more days, but I'm not hopeful. Can't call them, only a slow chatbot.
