I've been ordering stickers from this place for a while, and let me tell you, they're lightning-fast with shipping. Every time I place an order, I'm amazed at how quickly they arrive. The team was friendly while chatting online. The issue is that the chat disconnects you after around 2 minutes. It’s hard to finish what they want you to do before you’re logged off and assigned a new rep. Besides that, everything else arrived just fine.

Iffy at best

Keep a list of whatever you buy or try to... I waited one day for 6 hours for a purchase to go through, then finally said forget it. Got to a point where I truly needed a boost, went back to them, ended up on "Live" chat, at number 55 in queue ... after 45 minutes I dropped it. No more.

Didn't receive my dice

So I ordered dice and received. Ordered the next day and they said complete. Told them I didn't receive and they said they delivered and won't do it again. Wtf?

Scammers

I was trying to sell my game account in the game Pubg Mobile, one of the scammers contacted me through Facebook and started offering to sell the account through a broker, or more precisely IGGM on Instagram. By showing me short clips of satisfied customers. IGGM assured me that it was all fraud-free. I give you access to the game account, and the customer pays for everything. They gave me a screenshot of the payment, started asking for the codes to my Google account. And when I gave it to them, my tablet and my phone automatically shut down and went back to factory settings, and when I turned them on, I tried to log in, but it was too late, IGGM changed the login password, deleted all permissions for any activity with the account. Turned on the parental controls, chose my main account as the parent and blocked me from all my activities. I tried to return it, but it was useless. There's a video of the correspondence between the two individuals and the passport details of the second con man.

Worst Service

After I contacted support for the first time, they confirmed that the order would be processed in about 30 - 90 minutes. After the said 90 minutes I contacted the support again, after 20 minutes in the queue I was kicked out for whatever reason although the window was open. After another 35 minutes in the queue, I was assured by support that the order would definitely be processed in 20-50 minutes. After the 60 minutes without information I went to sleep and after 5 hours between the last contact with the support I got an email and a friend request in game. So in total I waited over 8 hours and was constantly lied to by support and not contacted. Worst service ever

I had a really frustrating

I had a really frustrating experience with my recent order. I noticed I was charged twice for the same thing, so I contacted customer service. The person I talked to was really unhelpful, saying there was nothing they could do since the orders were placed 4 minutes apart. The website was glitchy – it spun for 4 minutes when I tried to pay, then brought me back to the payment page like it didn’t go through. I've never had problems before this. I ended up disputing the second charge with my bank because the customer service was no help at all. Not sure if I’ll be ordering again.

I was really excited to get my order done with IGGM, especially after my first smooth experience. But this time, it was a whole different story. I ended up going through six different booster teams, and it took over two weeks just to finish my order for Koen's in ABI. The support? Almost like it didn't exist, really disappointing. It felt nothing like the fast and easy service I got before. I honestly can't keep using or recommending IGGM for ABI boosting after this experience. It was such a letdown, and I'm just not sure I can trust them again for this kind of service.

Dont sell to IGGM!

I sold them a big amount of POE2 currency. First they answered quickly, until I sold it to them. I did exactly what they told me to do and I have proof of that (I had to proof it several times btw). After that there was an excuse why they cant pay me everyday. After i asked several admins for help, they started to ignore me. I even got a timeout on their discord, so I cant ask for help in public. Its been almost 2 weeks and I got scammed by such a big gaming site. Disgraceful behaviour...dont sell to IGGM!

I ordered gold and they sent it by mail, which got me banned for two weeks. I contacted them and they promised I'd get my gold back once my account was unbanned. Now I'm back and they're refusing to give it back. It's so frustrating, first they deliver the gold in a way that gets me banned, then they promise to make it right, and finally they go back on their word. I feel totally cheated and wouldn't recommend their service to anyone. It's been a huge hassle and really disappointing.

SLOW SCAM no REFUNDS!

Terrible response team, never received my gold and told me to wait for the seller to either resend or wait for hours to get back to me, THEY NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. I asked for a refund told to wait again, it's been 25 hours since ive placed the order. I got scammed from the seller I don't trust this company at all. Still no response in chat for 2 hours now and no refund is possible without a seller verification but seller was a scammer. SCAM SCAM SCAM! SLOW SLOW SLOW!

Did not fulfill my blitz sticker orders. They say I have “multiple open PayPal disputes for completed orders” which isn’t true. My PayPal history shows one order refunded by them because they did not complete my partner event. Horrible customer service. No response via email or live chat. The only response is via PayPal and via bad reviews on website. They don’t care about their customers. Only about bad reviews. Use a different service.
