They said I was outside their 30-day policy, but I was within it when I contacted them about the second ring. I pushed back, citing my rights, but now they’re silent. I’m really disappointed, especially for what I paid. I'll tell others about this and stick to brands like Bohomoon instead.

I sought out their customer service and was strung along for days. It was claimed that I would be refunded and updated by a manager. Warning if you purchase and are unhappy with the product, perhaps better idea to gift it to someone than to even reach out their customer service. Save your money

They don't publish anywhere on the website how to do that so I had to wait nearly two weeks to hear back (and after 2 follow-up emails). They want me to pay for shipping the defective product they sent to them (in Australia). Really frustrating experience .
